How Can I Be Involved

If you have certain skills that are relevant for one of the ministries in Community Excel Services, we encourage you to get involved.  You can make a positive difference to God’s Kingdom. As you partner God in Kingdom work, you will be blessed.  The more you serve, the more you will grow in the Lord. 

However, if you would like to help but are not quite sure how, we invite you to take the next step which is to visit and explore the ministry that is closest to your heart.  If you want to help but are not quite sure which ministry would suit you, we encourage you to attend the course “Finding Your Fit” which will help you identify your spiritual gifts, your passion, your talent and your personality styles and in turn help you focus on the likely ministries that will be suitable for you.

You need not explore alone.  It can be fun and exciting for you to explore a ministry together with your cell group. When a cell group adopts a ministry, the cell members also bond together like soldiers in battle trenches encouraging and looking out for each other.  The cell group will also benefit from the sharing during WORKS time on what the Lord has taught you.  After having found a suitable ministry, we encourage you or your cell group to commit to serve for a period of at least one year.


Like all tasks and in ministry, we need Character, Competance, and Commitment to succeed.  We need to mature in our godliness and holiness. We need to equip ourselves. We need to stay committed in a ministry long enough to make an impact.

Every commitment is a choice.  We challenge you to commit yourself to one of the ministries in Community Excel Services.  Come and experience the “Joy of the Lord” as you become a channel of God’s love and grace to others.
